Many teams look for a ZoomInfo alternative after the first quote, or ahead of a renewal. If what you mostly use is the contact data, Leadscart offers contact search, CSV enrichment, and email/phone reveals on a published monthly plan, with no sales call.
ZoomInfo is a different kind of product. It is a sales and marketing intelligence platform with buyer intent signals, CRM and marketing-automation integrations, a Chrome extension, dialing, and Copilot. Its prices are not published; plans are packaged by licence through sales. See its pricing page.
Choose Leadscart if you need people and verified contact details at a public price you can start today. Keep ZoomInfo if your team relies on intent data, its integrations, or the platform's other workflows.

A worked example: about 5,000 records in a year
Assume a three-person team needs about 5,000 contact records across a year, already has the inputs, and sends from its own tools.
| Option | What you pay for a year | Credits available | Source of the price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leadscart Starter, monthly | $348 | 24,000 (2,000 a month) | Published |
| Leadscart Growth, monthly | $1,188 | 120,000 (10,000 a month) | Published |
| ZoomInfo Professional | About $14,995 | About 5,000 | Third-party estimate3 |
ZoomInfo does not publish this figure. Third-party write-ups report Professional at about $14,995 a year for three seats and 5,000 credits, on an annual contract.3 Treat it as an estimate; your quote can differ. That bundle also includes seats and platform features Leadscart does not offer, so the gap describes the cost of the data step, not two equal products.
Leadscart credits are monthly and expire at the end of each paid period. Starter caps successful reveals at 500 a day, so 5,000 successful reveals need at least ten daily allowance windows. Request limits also apply.
The two credits are not the same unit. A ZoomInfo credit is spent per exported record.1 A Leadscart credit is spent per person only when a verified email or phone comes back. Actual cost per usable contact depends on the returned data.
Three reasons to consider Leadscart
1. You can see the price and start today
Leadscart's plans are on the pricing page. There is no quote, no seat count to negotiate, and no annual commitment: a monthly plan you can cancel, with access to the end of the period.
That matters most for small teams that want to test a market before committing a budget. It matters less if your procurement process prefers an enterprise contract with support and security reviews.
2. You only pay when contact details come back
When Leadscart finds both fields for a person, they cost the same one credit as a qualifying single-field result. A phone-only result still costs one credit. No verified email and no phone means no charge.
Phones are not guaranteed and may be a mobile, direct dial, or company line. Check do-not-call rules before using a returned number. A reported bounce clears the address from your account; it is not refunded as a credit.
3. You want people first, then details
Search contacts by supported filters, inspect the people, save the useful ones, then spend credits on reveals. Searching and exporting do not consume credits. Daily limits and request limits still apply.
REST and MCP use the same credit pool as the app, on every plan. This is not an MCP exclusivity claim: ZoomInfo includes MCP with every subscription, with free search and lookup and one bulk data credit per enriched record.2
When ZoomInfo is the better choice
You use buyer intent data. Copilot Advanced and Enterprise add intent signals, and the marketing plans add intent topics.1 Leadscart does not offer intent data, so it cannot replace that part of your process.
Your workflow lives in the CRM. ZoomInfo lists HubSpot, Salesforce and other integrations, plus Outreach and Salesloft export on Copilot plans.1 Leadscart exports CSV and has no native CRM sync.
Your reps work from the extension and dialer. Professional includes a Chrome extension, a mobile app, and intelligent dialing.1 Leadscart has no extension or dialer.
You buy through enterprise procurement. Licensed seats, sales-led terms, and a single vendor for data, intent and AI tools can be the right purchase for a larger team, even at a much higher price.
If several of these apply, the higher price may be paying for work you would otherwise need other tools to do.
What a Leadscart workflow looks like
Suppose you have a target list with LinkedIn URLs or names plus company domains. Map those CSV columns; a website or work email can also supply the domain. A company name alone is not sufficient for the name/domain strategy. Before the job runs, Leadscart shows the maximum one-credit-per-row spend. Unidentifiable rows are skipped.
For contacts found inside Leadscart, search → save to a List → reveal → export. An assistant uses the same pattern through people_search, List tools, email_find, and list_export. The reveal tool handles up to 25 people or existing List lead IDs in total per call.
See the REST and MCP docs for the actual tool inputs. A sample workflow is not a promise that every target person will resolve or that every result will have both contact fields.
Before switching from ZoomInfo
- List what your team actually uses: contact exports, intent, integrations, extension, dialer.
- Check your renewal date and notice period before you plan a switch.
- Test contacts from the industries and countries you really sell to.
- Compare returned fields, daily limits, and your whole stack bill, not only the data price.
- Keep ZoomInfo, or replace those parts separately, if intent data or CRM workflows matter.
If you are comparing more than two products, use the Apollo alternatives guide to separate data tools from platforms.
Test the accounts you actually sell to
Use a representative set with supported LinkedIn or name/domain inputs. Check which people resolve, what fields come back, and whether the result fits your sender and CRM.
Eligible new accounts receive 25 free credits once, lasting 30 days, with no card. Searching and exporting spend no credits; misses with neither qualifying field are free.
