Snov.io combines email finding with outreach, warm-up, and sales-management tools. If you use that bundle, replacing it with an email-data product is not a like-for-like switch.
Leadscart is worth considering when you already send elsewhere and mainly need contact search and enrichment. Its Starter plan is $29 per month for 2,000 credits. Snov.io's monthly Sales Suite Starter is $39 for 1,000 credits, alongside recipients, enrichment tokens, and outreach features.1
The credit counts are only part of the decision. Snov.io Finder charges for unknown emails as well as valid ones. Its paid credits can roll over under renewal rules; Leadscart's do not. Both offer MCP, so connecting an AI assistant is not an exclusive reason to switch.

| Monthly Starter | $29, 2,000 credits | $39, 1,000 credits plus recipients, enrichment tokens, and other features |
| Monthly Growth/Pro S | Growth: $99, 10,000 credits | Pro S: $99, 5,000 credits plus other allowances |

| No email found | No charge if no phone is returned either | Gray/not-found Finder results are free |
| Unknown email | No email reveal charge; a returned phone can still make the person billable | Unknown/yellow Finder results can cost one credit |
| Standalone email verification | Not an arbitrary-address validator | Verifier charges one credit for valid/invalid results; unknown checks are free |
| Phones | Included when available in the person-reveal credit | Phone/Data Enrichment is a separate offering with enrichment-token allowances |
| Existing-list inputs | LinkedIn URL or name plus company domain | REST includes name/domain finding and LinkedIn-profile enrichment |
| Paid rollover | None; credits expire each month | Monthly rollover while the paid plan stays active; annual rollover within the paid year |
| API/MCP | Included on every plan, including Free | Paid cards advertise both; Free API test access can be requested |
| Sending and CRM | Bring your own sender/CRM | Broader suite includes campaigns, warm-up, and sales CRM |
Snov.io's figures are from pricing, charging conditions from its credit guide, rollover qualifications from its rollover guide, and REST access from its API page. Leadscart's current plans are on pricing.
A worked example: monthly email-finding allowances
Compare the named monthly Starter plans for a known-contact email-finding task. You already have the supported inputs, make no extra verification calls, and use no separate enrichment tokens.
| Monthly plan | Price | Included credits | Full-allocation price per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leadscart Starter | $29 | 2,000 | $0.0145 |
| Snov.io Sales Suite Starter | $39 | 1,000 | $0.039 |
The subscription-price difference is $10 per month. The allocation-based unit prices assume you use the full allowance; they are not measured costs per usable or delivered email.
Snov.io Starter also includes 5,000 recipients, 75 enrichment tokens, and three warm-ups.1 Those allowances are not interchangeable with the 1,000 email-finding credits. If you use the outreach tools, you are buying more than a pool of lookups.
Snov.io advertises a 25% annual discount, with credit allowances refreshing monthly.1 2 Annual prepayment is a different buying commitment, so it is not mixed into the month-to-month table.
Which result states cost a credit?
Snov.io's credit guide distinguishes valid/green, unknown/yellow, invalid/red, and missing/gray Finder results. Both valid and unknown email finds can be charged. Missing and invalid Finder results are not.2
Here is a hypothetical, not a measured result:
- 1,000 attempted people.
- 700 valid email results.
- 100 unknown email results.
- 200 not found.
- The same classifications in both products, no phones returned, and no other billable actions.
| Product | Calculation | Credits used |
|---|---|---|
| Leadscart | 700 qualifying email results × 1 | 700 |
| Snov.io Finder | (700 valid + 100 unknown) × 1 | 800 |
On fresh monthly Starter allowances, that same hypothetical workload fits in both subscriptions:
| Monthly plan | Monthly subscription outlay | Credits used | Credits remaining |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leadscart Starter | $29 | 700 | 1,300 |
| Snov.io Sales Suite Starter | $39 | 800 | 200 |
The month-to-month outlay differs by $10 for this task, before replacing any Snov.io outreach features. Leadscart's remaining 1,300 paid credits expire at the end of its monthly billing period. Snov.io's 200 unused monthly credits can roll over only while a paid subscription remains active or is renewed before expiry.3 This is not annual billing, a top-up quote, or an estimate of cost per delivered email.
This illustrates charging rules, not better accuracy or a predicted hit rate. Actual providers can return different results or classify them differently. With Leadscart phones enabled, a phone-only result would still cost a credit; the example explicitly assumes no phones on the non-valid rows.
Leadscart Starter allows 500 successful reveals per day, so 700 qualifying results need at least two daily allowance windows. Request limits also apply.
Three reasons to consider Leadscart
1. You only need the data step
If you already pay for sending and do not use Snov.io's other features, compare a data-only subscription with the amount of the suite you actually use. Leadscart's named Starter has a lower monthly price and a larger included credit pool.
That is not a reason to migrate a working sending operation without checking its replacement cost. A used bundle can cost less overall than several separate tools.
2. The reveal rule names what you pay for
Leadscart charges one credit for a person when a verified email or phone comes back. Both fields are included when available. An email without a source verification date is not a qualifying email hit. If no qualifying field returns, the person is free.
The date is provided by the licensed source. Leadscart does not run a new mailbox validation of its own, and verification does not guarantee future delivery.
3. You can test API/MCP before subscribing
Leadscart includes REST and MCP on Free, using the same List and credit system as the app. You can test search, selected-person reveals, and exports with the one-time 25-credit grant.
Snov.io also advertises MCP on its paid plans. Its public REST page gives a 60-request-per-minute limit and describes requesting Free test access through a demo.4 Do not assume that REST limit also defines every MCP action, or that MCP access makes the two products' tool sets identical.
When staying on Snov.io makes more sense
You use the outreach bundle. Campaigns, follow-ups, warm-up, CRM, and other sending tools are not replaced by a Leadscart CSV export. Compare the exact Snov.io plan and any add-ons you use. Some listed features, such as LinkedIn automation, have separate conditions.1
Your usage is uneven. Monthly paid Snov.io credits roll over while the subscription remains active or is renewed before expiry. Annual unused credits accumulate within the paid year but expire when that annual period ends, even upon renewal.3 Leadscart offers no paid rollover.
You need standalone verification. Snov.io's Verifier checks addresses you already have and uses a different charging rule from Finder. Leadscart does not offer an equivalent arbitrary-address validation product.
Your API does more than enrich contacts. Snov.io exposes campaigns, prospect management, email-account functions, and CRM through REST.4 Replacing its finding endpoint does not replace those actions.
Snov.io also has Phone and Data Enrichment. Its exact token pricing is not compared here. It would be inaccurate to call it an email-only product or treat tokens as equivalent to Leadscart credits.
What changing the data step looks like
Keep your sender and its suppression rules in place. In Leadscart, search for relevant people, save selected contacts to a List, reveal the details you need, and export them.
For an existing CSV, include LinkedIn URLs or names plus company domains. A website or work email can supply the domain; a company name alone is not sufficient. Check the maximum cost before running enrichment and inspect the returned records before importing anything into a campaign.
For an assistant workflow, use people_search, List tools, email_find, and list_export. email_find handles up to 25 people or existing List lead IDs in total per call. Known people can be sent by LinkedIn URL or name/company domain without a List. Larger jobs need batches and must respect daily reveal/export limits. See the API/MCP docs.
Before switching:
- Separate email finding from verification, recipients, phone tokens, and sending.
- Check which campaign or CRM functions would remain in Snov.io.
- Preserve your do-not-email lists, notes, history, and field mappings in the relevant systems.
- Confirm supported LinkedIn or name/domain inputs and the exported-data handoff.
- Compare a representative contact set and your total monthly tool bill.
For a different finding/verification model, read the Hunter comparison. The Apollo alternatives guide separates data products from sending suites.
Keep your sender. Test a different data layer.
Use contacts from your actual target market. Inspect matching, returned statuses and verification dates, credits charged, phone types where available, and the import into your existing workflow.
Eligible new accounts receive 25 free credits once, with no card, lasting 30 days. Searching and exporting spend no credits, subject to normal limits.
