Fair use
Generous, not bottomless.
Plans are priced for real outbound, not for copying the directory. A daily limit spreads each plan's credits across the month, so one account (or one leaked API key) can't pull everything in an afternoon.

- Only people actually revealed count. Misses don't use up the day.
- Limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Downloading the same export again doesn't count twice.
- Monthly credits don't roll over: each month's credits end with the month they were bought for.
- One account is for one business. Reselling the data or sharing a key outside your company isn't allowed.
Questions
Billing, plainly.
Searching is free and shows no addresses. When you reveal one, our data provider returns the address with the date it last verified it, and the 1 credit is charged only when a verified address comes back. We don't run checks of our own or send anything to the person.
A person with no address at the source, or an address returned without a verification date, costs nothing, and neither does a result we can no longer stand behind.
