RocketReach's monthly plans are metered by lookups: about 100 on Essentials, 250 on Pro and 1,000 on Ultimate, according to two independent pricing captures from late September 2026.3 If you need more than that each month, or you pay for several seats, the plan you actually need can cost far more than the entry price suggests.
Leadscart offers contact search, CSV enrichment and email/phone reveals with account-level monthly plans and no per-seat billing. Like RocketReach, it does not charge when nothing verified comes back.
Choose Leadscart if you pay monthly, need hundreds or thousands of contacts a month, and already have a sender. Keep RocketReach if its Chrome extension, CRM integrations or annual unlimited-lookup plans do work you would otherwise have to replace.

RocketReach's pricing page blocked automated reads, so its prices and allowances come from two dated third-party captures that agree on allowances but not on dollar amounts. We show both as a range.3 4 Its MCP and lookup inputs come from its official MCP and People Lookup API docs. Leadscart's current plans and limits are on pricing.
A worked example: 1,000 successful email finds in a month
Assume you need the email for 1,000 known people each month, pay monthly, and each tool returns an email for every one of them. No phones are counted.
| Monthly plan | Subscription price | Allowance | Used | Left over |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leadscart Starter | $29 | 2,000 credits | 1,000 | 1,000 |
| RocketReach Ultimate | $169 to $209 | 1,000 lookups | 1,000 | 0 |
RocketReach Essentials (100) and Pro (250) are too small for this task on monthly billing, so the smallest plan that fits is Ultimate. The monthly difference is $140 to $180. At full allowance use, the allocation-based prices are $0.0145 per Leadscart credit and $0.169 to $0.209 per RocketReach lookup. Actual cost per usable contact depends on the returned data.
Leadscart Starter caps successful reveals at 500 per day, so 1,000 reveals need at least two daily allowance windows. Request limits also apply.
RocketReach's annual plans work differently: lookups become unlimited and exports are capped per year, for example 20,000 on Ultimate for $1,379 to $1,699 a year.3 4 That is an annual commitment, and its exports and API lookups draw on the export allowance.2 This example does not treat one annual export as equal to one Leadscart credit.
Three reasons to consider Leadscart
1. Your monthly volume outgrows the lookup cap
RocketReach's monthly plans top out at about 1,000 lookups. Leadscart's monthly plans include 2,000, 10,000 or 100,000 credits. If you prospect at volume and prefer monthly billing, the plan you would need on each side matters more than the entry price.
Compare honestly: if you are happy with an annual contract, RocketReach's unlimited-lookup annual plans change the picture, and the export cap becomes the number to compare.
2. You do not want to pay per seat
RocketReach's self-serve plans are priced per seat.4 Leadscart plans are priced per account. That is a billing difference, not a promise of unlimited team features: check the collaboration you need before moving a team.
3. You want one reveal unit for email and phone
When Leadscart finds both fields for a person, they cost the same one credit as a qualifying single-field result. A phone-only result still costs one credit. No verified email and no phone means no charge. On RocketReach, phone numbers start on Pro.3
Phones are not guaranteed and may be a mobile, direct dial, or company line. Do not budget every email match as a mobile match. Check do-not-call rules before using a returned number.
When RocketReach is the better choice
You want unlimited lookups on an annual plan. If you mostly look people up inside the app and export a smaller share, RocketReach's annual plans can suit that pattern. Compare the yearly export cap with how many contacts you actually move into other tools.
You work from LinkedIn in the browser. RocketReach has a Chrome extension. Leadscart does not.
You need native CRM integrations. RocketReach's Pro and Ultimate plans list HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft and Bullhorn.4 Leadscart exports CSV and offers REST and MCP; it does not sync to a CRM natively.
You need to verify addresses you already have. RocketReach's MCP includes an email_verify tool that refunds unknown results.1 Leadscart is not an arbitrary-address validation product.
RocketReach's MCP also offers free person and company search.1 If your agent workflow already runs on RocketReach and your account has API access, that is a reason to stay.
What a Leadscart enrichment workflow looks like
Suppose your list contains LinkedIn URLs or names plus company domains. Map those CSV columns; a website or work email can also supply the domain. A company name alone is not sufficient for the name/domain strategy. Before the job runs, Leadscart shows the maximum one-credit-per-row spend. Unidentifiable rows are skipped.
Inspect the returned details and source verification dates, then export and join the result back to your sending workflow. A verification date does not guarantee an email will deliver later.
For contacts found inside Leadscart: search, save to a List, reveal, export. An assistant uses the same pattern through people_search, List tools, email_find and list_export. The reveal tool handles up to 25 people or existing List lead IDs per call. See the REST and MCP docs.
Before switching from RocketReach
- Count how many contacts you look up and how many you export each month.
- Check whether you pay per seat today, and how many seats.
- Check that your list has LinkedIn URLs or names with a usable company domain.
- Test contacts from the industries and countries you really target.
- Keep the extension or CRM sync if your team depends on them, rather than assuming a data tool replaces them.
Comparing more than two products? The Apollo alternatives guide separates data tools from outreach bundles. For an email-finder comparison, see the Hunter comparison.
Run the contacts you look up every month
Use a representative set with supported LinkedIn or name/domain inputs. Check which people resolve, what fields come back, the verification dates, and whether the result fits your sender.
Eligible new accounts receive 25 free credits once, lasting 30 days, with no card. Searching and exporting spend no credits; misses with neither qualifying field are free.
